KitchenLink ("we", "us", or "our") operates a platform that lets home food sellers accept orders through a personal storefront. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
When you place an order or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, and phone number so the seller can fulfill your order and contact you about it.
When you sign up to be notified of new drops or updates, we collect your email address to send those notifications on behalf of the seller.
We do not store payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy .
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill orders placed through a seller's storefront
- Send order confirmations and updates from the seller
- Notify you of new drops or availability when you've opted in
- Operate and improve the KitchenLink platform
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Data retention
We retain order and contact information as long as it is needed to support the seller relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to save your cart and checkout contact details across sessions on a seller's storefront. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you complete a checkout.
