About KitchenLink

KitchenLink provides a platform for home food sellers ("sellers") to accept orders and connect with customers ("buyers"). By using KitchenLink — whether as a seller or a buyer — you agree to these terms.

Seller responsibility

Sellers are independent operators, not employees or agents of KitchenLink. Each seller is solely responsible for the food they prepare, the accuracy of their listings, compliance with local cottage food laws and health regulations, and fulfilling orders they accept.

KitchenLink does not inspect, certify, or guarantee any food sold through the platform.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of the seller. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's consumer terms . Refunds and disputes are handled between the buyer and the individual seller.

Acceptable use

You may not use KitchenLink to:

  • Sell products that are illegal or violate applicable food safety regulations
  • Misrepresent the contents, ingredients, or allergens in a product
  • Harass or defraud other users
  • Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

KitchenLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold through the platform, or for any disputes between buyers and sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of KitchenLink after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
